At Align Chiropractic & Wellness, we strive to provide the highest level of care and respect for both our patients and practitioners. Please take a moment to review our clinic policies below:

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time are subject to a 50% charge of your scheduled fee.

  • No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

 

Chiropractic Re-Exams

If you are a current chiropractic patient but have not had a treatment in over 12 months, please schedule a Re-Exam to allow your chiropractor to properly assess your current needs.
Additionally, if you’re an existing patient and have a new injury, symptom, or concern, a Re-Exam is also required so we can provide appropriate and thorough care.

 

Clinic Etiquette

To help keep our space clean and comfortable for all, we kindly ask that you remove your footwear when entering the clinic. Sanitized slippers are provided for your use during your visit.
